Crystal received her Bachelor of Science degree in Optics from the University of Rochester and her Bachelors in Psychology from UB. She completed her Masters in Guidance & Counseling at the University of Georgia in 1998. She has over nine years of experience in helping professions.Neil McGillicuddy - 887-2498
Neil received his Ph.D. in Psychology in 1989 and is a Research Scientist at the University's Research Institute on Addictions. His primary area of research has been the development and study of interventions for family members of those with addictions (i.e. parents of substance-abusing adolescents; partners of alcoholics; partners of pathological gamblers). He has been an Employee Assistance Program Coordinator at the Research Institute since 1994 and he is also a certified mediator.

Deb is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP); attended the UB School of Social Work (1991-1994); BA from Buffalo State College; Critical Incident Stress Management Practitioner, WNY Stress Reduction Program, Inc.
